Looking for a fun, active, and social way to spend your Wednesday evenings? Urban Rec's Coed Flag Football League brings together players of all experience levels for exciting, recreational competition in a welcoming community atmosphere.

In partnership with Victoria School District 61, Urban Rec is proud to call the brand-new Spectrum Community School turf fields home. Enjoy 12 weeks of flag football on a state-of-the-art playing surface, with Recreational and Intermediate divisions designed to provide balanced, enjoyable games for everyone.

Urban Rec leagues are all about great games, great people, and an outstanding playing experience. Register with a full team or sign up as an individual and we'll place you on a team looking for players.

Games are played in one-hour time slots between 7:00 and 11:00 p.m. every Wednesday. Teams consist of six players on the field, with a minimum of 2 women and 1 man playing at all times. Urban Rec supplies the footballs and flags—just bring your teammates (or yourself!) and be ready to play.

Whether you're a seasoned player or trying flag football for the first time, everyone is welcome.
