🏆 ABOUT URBAN REC MULTI-SPORT
Welcome to Victoria's newest home for recreational Multi-Sport!
Urban Rec is proud to partner with Victoria School District 61 to bring our popular Coed Multi-Sport League to the brand-new facility at Spectrum Community School. This unique league combines the new state-of-the-art turf field with both of Spectrum's gymnasiums, giving teams the best of both indoor and outdoor recreation throughout the season.
Expect a fun, active, and social atmosphere where no two weeks are ever the same! Approximately half of your games will be played indoors in the Spectrum gymnasium and half outdoors on the brand-new Spectrum turf field. Indoor sports may include volleyball, basketball, futsal, handball, floor hockey, dodgeball, and benchball, while outdoor games may feature soccer, ultimate frisbee, flag football, California kickball, and other Urban Rec favourites. Every week brings a new challenge, plenty of laughs, and a great way to stay active with friends.
Urban Rec Multi-Sport is all about trying new sports, staying active, and having fun with friends. Whether you're joining with a full team or signing up as an individual, you'll experience the welcoming community that has made Urban Rec Victoria's leader in recreational sports.
👫 REGISTRATION
Register a full team or sign up as an individual—we'll place you on a team looking for players. This is a coed recreational league designed for all experience levels, where sportsmanship and fun always come first.
🏅 PLAY FORMAT
Games are one hour long and take place Wednesday evenings between 7:00 PM and 11:00 PM. This is a self-officiated league, with an Urban Rec League Coordinator on-site to manage schedules, equipment, and game timing.
Sports played may include volleyball, basketball, futsal, handball, floor hockey, dodgeball, benchball, and other activities at Urban Rec's discretion. Approximately half of the season will be played in the Spectrum gymnasium and half on the new Spectrum turf field.
