Welcome to Victoria's newest home for recreational field sports!

Urban Rec is proud to partner with Victoria School District 61 to bring Coed Ultimate Frisbee to the brand-new Spectrum Communit School – Turf Field. Whether you're an experienced player or picking up a disc for the first time, this league is designed to be fun, welcoming, and accessible for all skill levels.

Ultimate combines the excitement of football, the movement of soccer, and the unique Spirit of the Game, where players self-officiate and sportsmanship always comes first. Expect great games, plenty of running, and an outstanding community atmosphere.

👫 REGISTRATION

Register a full team or sign up as an individual—we'll place you on a team looking for players. This is a coed recreational league where fun, fair play, and community always come first.

🏅 PLAY FORMAT

Games are one hour long and take place one evening each week between 7:00 PM and 10:00 PM on the new Spectrum Community School turf fields.

A complete lineup consists of 7 players, including a minimum of 2 women and 1 man on the field at all times. Teams are encouraged to carry extra players to allow for substitutions throughout the game.

This is a self-officiated league based on the Spirit of the Game, with an Urban Rec League Coordinator on-site to manage schedules, equipment, and game timing.
