Looking for a fun, active, and social way to spend your Wednesday evenings? Urban Rec's Coed Ultimate Frisbee League is the perfect way to stay active and enjoy one of the world's fastest-growing sports.

In partnership with Victoria School District 61, Urban Rec is proud to call the brand-new Spectrum Community School turf fields home. Created by the team behind the Turf Burn tournament, Urban Rec leagues are all about great games, great people, and an outstanding playing experience.

Games are played in one-hour time slots between 7:00 and 11:00 p.m. every Wednesday. Register with a full team or sign up as an individual—we'll place you on a team looking for players.
